NYTVIRUS: A small number of revellers celebrate St Patrick's Day in The Toucan Irish pub in Soho, after the British government advised people to stay away from public gatherings and venues, as the country reacts to the Coronovirus outbreak in the United Kingdom. Government advice in the UK continues to encourage people to take basic precautions but unlike many countries in Europe it has not begun a public lock down.
