A mask in the form of Edvard Munch's The Scream is held up surrounded by a halo in the form of the European flag at a demonstration against the EU fiscal pact outside the Reichstag in Berlin. Bundestag members are set to vote on ratification of the fiscal pact and the ESM (European Stability Mechanism) inside the parliament. Left wing party Die Linke are past of the protest.
