Simon Piol (28), a Nutrition Assistant at a nutrition clinic, conducts a MUAC (mid-upper arm circumference) test to test for malnourishment.

'My favourite part of my job is learning. When you get more knowledge of nutrition it is the best thing ever', he says.
'It makes me feel great, I'm saving lives.'
