An underground car park built under a landscaped park area in Hammarby Sjostad. Most of the streets on this site are pedestrianised and, where vehicles are allowed, they are restricted to a speed limit of just five miles an hour. The Hammarby Sjostad district, a former brownfield site, is now being redeveloped to provide environmentally friendly, ecologically sustainable residential housing. The development, which is expected to be finished in 2015, will be one of Stockholm's largest eco projects.
