People look through the glass frontage of the legislative council during what were largely peaceful protests on the 22nd anniversary of the city's return to Chinese rule. At the end of a day that had seen huge numbers came onto the streets to show their continued opposition to the proposed extradition laws, a group stormed the legislative council building smashing their way inside and causing widespread damage to the interior.
