Rume at a shelter for girls orphaned or abandoned, run by local NGO SEEP, which is supported by the Dutch NGO Terre des Hommes. She was brought here by her mother a few days ago afer her mother decided to re-marry. Her new husband does not want the children from her former marriage living with them, so Rume's mother saw no other option than to leave her at the shelter.
