Moroccan migrants walk among the concrete sea defences near the port where many young men are camped out trying to evade police after illegally entering the Spanish exclave of Ceuta when, over a period of two days, the Moroccan authorities stopped enforcing border controls enabling around 12,000 migrants into the territory.
