15 year old Steven Itangishaka from Gisuru has multiple disabilities. He is an orphan who lives together with his brother in law. Four years ago they returned from a refugee camp in Tanzania. Steven says he was handicapped from taking bad medicine. He has never been to school. He used to go to the market but a wheel of his wheelchair broke and they cannot find the correct spare parts. Steven will receive a tricycle from Handicap International so that he can go to a school 800 metres away from his home.
