Khadra Yusef Saeed, a pastoralist whose livestock has been steadily dying as a result of a region-wide drought, has now lost her youngest child who died, aged one week, unable to get sufficient nutrition from Khadra's milk. The drought has brought Somaliland to the brink of famine and if April's rains fail the region faces disaster.
