29 year old Hasmik Josephyan foraging for mandak, a rare tuber considered a delicacy that Hasmik can sell to traders for 200 drams (GBP 0.35) a kilo. She lives in a decrepit house with her husband and five children. "I've never bought shoes or clothes for my children. I don't have money to take them to the doctor or the hospital. I just think about how to feed my children. I wish I could wake up not worrying about how to find food to cook for them. I wish my children could see something bright, and weren't always asking for something to eat. I want them to have a different life from me."
