An official from the Ministry of Electric Power (MOEP) at a tent camp for those displaced by Cyclone Nargis, which hit Burma on 02/05/2008. Camps like this one, which is less than an hour's drive from Yangon, have been nicknamed 'show camps' as visiting dignitaries, generals and foreign diplomats are taken there to see the junta's relief efforts. In more remote areas of the country which were at least as badly affected, government help was almost non-existent.
