Fallen trees and debris caused by Cyclone Pam on Vaitupu, the largest atoll of Tuvalu, located in Central Islands Group. The island, with a population of 1600 people, was badly hit by Cyclone Pam in March 2015. Two houses were completely destroyed and another 24 homes were damaged, as well as crops and infrastructure. According to Tuvalu's Prime Minister, Enele Sopoaga, an estimated 45% of the nation's nearly 10,000 people were displaced by the cyclone.
