Maxim Popov, founder and director of the Piktorika bureau. Maxim collects old photographs, negatives and postcards of pre-war Keninsberg and post-war Kaliningrad - photo archeology. Photo archives are the only thing that can resurrect images of a destroyed reality and preserve memory in time. Based on his findings, Maxim released several photo albums about the city.
