Employees from Indian Ocean Trepang (IOT), a sea cucumber aquaculture company), working at night to collect sea cucumber larva from one of the company's ponds. They are kept in bags of sea water and carried by 4x4 vehicles to Vezo villages on the coast up to 100 kilometres away. On arrival they are transferred to the ponds in which they will be grown to market size. The harvest has to be done at night as the cucumbers hide in the sand during the day
