Wessam (21) smoking in his makeshift shelter in the so-called 'Jungle' migtrant's camp. He fled Syria with his parents just before the war broke out and ended up in in Calais in October 2015. Among the men, living in the camp, from the Syrian city of Daraa, he is known as 'Mama' because he does the cooking for them. After many attempts and eight months in the camp he was finally united with his brother in Manchester.
