A man sits in his decrepit home in a Roma village on the outskirts of Vilnius, a well-known place to buy heroin. Poverty and unemployment has led to drug dealing in the Roma community of some 500 people. Some dealers drive around in expensive cars, while the Roma community in general is extremely poor. The police knows about the problem, but is reluctant to finish the drug traffic.
