William Kalfoss smiles after a rare opportunity to try the new Midtstubakken ski jump. Starting out in smaller ski jumps in the forest nearby William wasn't even 14 when in Sept 2010 he got the chance to try the ski jump hill which will be part of the World Ski Championships in skiing in 2011. .Midtstubakken is part of the Holmenkollen Ski Jump arena and has been rebuilt and upgraded to host the 2011 Championships. .In addition five smaller recruitment hills with year round facilities will be built, which ski jumping enthusiasts hope will make sure the Norwegian national sport will survive. .FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2011 will take place in Oslo from 23 February to 6 March 2011.
