A group of punks drinking and sniffing glue in an abandoned building where they're squatting next to Pushkin Square, where they survive by begging and Pizza Hut and McDonald's rubbish bins. This kind of activity would have been crushed by the police a few years earlier but with the end of the Soviet-era saw a weakening of state control over people's lives.
