Senator for Nimba County, Prince Yormie Johnson, the Chairman for Intelligence and Security, inside his office in Monrovia.Johnson, the leader of the Independent National Patriotic Front of Liberia (INPFL) rebel faction, was widely believed to be responsible for the extrajudicial torture and killing of President Samuel K Doe in 1990. Johnson subsequently went into exile and became an evangelical preacher before returning to Liberia in 2005.
