Merlin, a British charity which provides emergency health care and medical relief, distributes hygiene kits at at a camp set up for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of the tsunami which struck South Asia in 2004.  On 26/12/2004, an earthquake of magnitude 9 triggered a series of tidal waves which caused devastation when they struck dry land.
