A worker from the local Human Rights NGO RMRP (Maintenance and Rehabilitation Programme)/CRPK (Civil Rights Program) helping a Roma man, Ahmed Mustafa, with identity documents and registration in the Mahalla area. The man's family were displaced to Montenegro during the conflict in 1999. They moved back into a new house in 2006. Ahmed works as scrap metal collector and makes 5 Euro per day. His wife is mute and ill. They have 10 children. They now have their ID documents thanks to the CRPK NGO. Before the conflict, they used to live in typical Roma houses contructed with metal. The new house is already dirty and full of insects. It is owned by the municipality and the tenants have a 99 year lease.
