A man leaves a makeshift shelter in Konik Camp which is located in the suburbs of the city of Podgorica. The camp is home to Roma who were displaced from Kosovo during the Kosovo conflict (1999–2000). Although both Kosovo and Montenegro are independent the Roma are still classified as displaced persons and not refugees and consequently have less entitlements.
