An Art Deco style villa Built in 1956 by architects Mario Fanano and Arturo Mezzedimi. Asmara is a showcase of 1930s Italian Art Deco architecture. Initially brought to the region by colonial-era Italians, the style continued to flourish into the 1960s as local architects furthered the distinctive designs.
