Master craftsman Pranava Sthapathy works on a large statue of Hanuman, the monkey deity at the S. Devasenapathy Sthapathy and Sons bronze casting workshop. The current Sthapathy generation is the twenty-third generation of bronze casters. Their method using the lost-wax process remains unchanged to this day.
