Brothers Maxim and Denis Sabdin opened an art gallery in the historical House with Gargoyles. The brothers bought the apartment, restored its historical layout and tried to recreate the interior of a Prussian house. A pastor lived in the house, who served in the Lutheran church in memory of Queen Louise.
