A man sits beneath the roots of a huge tree that has encased the Khmer ruin Ta Prohm. Now overrun by towering trees from the surrounding forest, Ta Prohm was a Buddhist temple and pilgrimage site and is still regarded as such by Buddhist monks today, even amongst all the tourism.
