Slum dwellers scramble for water in Kusumpur Pahari. The slum, built more than thirty years ago has no running water or sewage facilities. The only water supply comes from the municipal Delhi Jal Board (DJB) water trucks that visit several times a day. Although the deliveries are supposed to be free, residents sometimes have to pay bribes to get the water delivered.
