His family crossed the border from war-torn South Sudan in 2017 and like most incoming refugees were allocated a small piece of agricultural land, 30 x 30 metres, to build a home and to cultivate crops. Their new home is located in one of the world's largest refugee camps, the Bidibidi Refugee Settlement, which has been praised as a model for the ethical treatment of refugees.
