Hundreds of villagers, forest rangers, police and wildlife experts attempt to drive a herd of elephants from a village on the outskirts of Tezpur. India and its sacred elephants are being threatened by deforestation and encroachment of the reserved land and natural forests. As a result, wild elephants are rampaging through villages, killing people and destroying their homes and crops. They are often attracted by the rice farms and in one night can destroy an entire villages' crop.
