Victor Kalashnikov, scholar, author, and former KGB officer. Both Victor and his wife Marina Kalashnikova report possible mercury poisoning by the FSB (Federal Security Service, successor agency of the KGB). Victor Kalashnikov worked for the KGB in Vienna and was later research director at the Russian Public Policy Centre.
