Research technician Noha Semmate working in the biological production unit at the MCI Sante Animale laboratory. MCI is developing a bivalent Rift Valley Fever (RVF)/Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) vaccine for cattle, and a trivalent Sheep and Goat Pox (SGP), Peste des Petits Ruminants (PPR), Rift Valley Fever (RVF) vaccine for sheep and goats to to establish solid herd immunity against RVF outbreaks through regular vaccination. The project is supported by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).
