Recent Polish immigrants search a noticeboard for job opportunities at a shop near the Polish Social and Cultural Association POSK in Kensington.  The small shop has become an unofficial 'job centre' and meeting point for Polish immigrants. Since Poland became a member of the EU (European Union) in 2004, thousands of Poles have arrived in the UK to work, as Britain is one of the very few countries to lift employment restrictions on immigrants from the new member states.  .
