A protest by muslims demanding the release of a woman they said was detained by authorites following having converted from Christianity to Islam. Kamilia Shehata Zakher (born 1985) is a school teacher Deir Mawas, Egypt and the wife of Tadros Samaan, the Coptic Priest of Saint Mark's Church in Mowas Cathedral in Minya.Her disappearance in July 2010 sparked protests, rumours of kidnapping and forced conversion to Islam and subsequent forcible return to the Church-inflamed sectarian tensions between Egypt's Muslim majority and Coptic Christian minority.
