A musical performance in support of the vote to join Russia ahead of the 16 March referendum in Simferopol. Various performances were put on including musical and dance acts from various regions of Russia. The referendum which asked whether people would like to join with Russia or to become independent saw some 95% of voters vote for union with Russia according to local officials.
