Dr. Sidiki Toe is pictured with a new solar panel that will power a fridge and electric lights at the Kaara health centre. The electricity will give the doctor more time to see and treat patients in the evening. The solar panels are being installed as part of a renewable energy programme sponsored by Christian Aid during an appeal to help poor communities deal with climate change.
