Every year, when the Samoan government schools have finished for the year and just prior to Christmas, Malua Theological College and the director of the Christian Education Department of the Congregational Christian Church of Samoa (EFKS) organise the rally in which youth from all over Samoa gather to participate in Christian-based dramas and other youth activities.
