Long Yang 11 (centre) walks to school, early in the morning with classmates, in Wuxi, the fast growing city that was formerly known as White Horse Village. Long Yang is the first girl in her family's history with the prospect of getting a secondary school education. She is up at 6am every day and lets nothing get between her and her school books. But she also loves to dance but her mum won't pay for classes.
