Mothers and their children on Lohabari, a remote riverine island, where most of the inhabitants are living from hand to mouth and most of the women give birth at home and have little formal education. However because of a successful campaign every mother is aware of the vaccinations available for their children and they travel from afar to vaccinate their children.
