Council employees, who cannot carry on in their normal day jobs, working at the Vulnerable Persons Hub. They provide food parcels and other support (such as arranging taxis to hospital appointments, grass cutting, whatever is possible to remove the stress of isolation) to the most vulnerable elderly, and sick self-isolating residents in the district.
