Kairat Tologon Uulu, an engineer with Internet Service Provider, Skynet, attempting to get a test Wifi connection online. The village is home to Suusamyr Net, a community network that has brought a high-speed internet link to the community, and will provide residents with fast connections by fibre to the home. Skynet is a partner in the project, and Tologon was working with community members to get the fibre network up and running.
