A huge pile of dead animals at the Abapor-ETSA recycling plant. The facility processes dead animals: cows, pigs, goats, sheep, poultry, dogs and cats. The dead livestock is skinned, the hides being processed and stored for sale to the leather industry in Portugal and Italy. Cadavers of all animals are incinerated. The factory plant itself runs entirely on bio-diesel made from animal fat produced during the processing of dead animals.
