Young people, whose parents work at the tea plantations, work at the shoe factory of Hunugala Shoe Industries in Elkaduwa. They took part in a training scheme put together by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) aimed at helping the younger generation move away from being tied to the tea plantations.
