UN Special Rapporteur on Racism, Tendayi Achiume, speaking to a special session of the UN Human Rights Council, an 'Urgent Debate' on 'Racism and Police Brutality' via a video link. The  Council is sitting after three months of suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic, with extensive health security measures, including social distancing, in a larger space, with clockwise movement and a single seperate entry and exit, with masks required for all participants, with access being extremely restricted.
