Esinam Torvor (centre), pictured in her kitchen at her home where prepares food for sale by the side of the main road that passes through the town. With her are Mercy Viso and Jonathan Datsomor, packaging servings of banku, a local staple made from slightly fermented corn. Torvor used to use untreated water from nearby Lake Volta when cooking, but now uses clean water purchased from a Safe Water Network water treatment facility near her home.
