Boxes and filing cabinets containing ítems and museum pieces from the Panama Canal Museum. Originally located at Seminole, Florida, the Museum has transferred its collection to the George A. Smathers Libraries at the University of Florida, in Gainesville, FL. This is the only museum in the world founded solely to preserve the history of the American era of the Panama Canal (1904-1999). Currently it is not open to the public, its collection is being cataloged and restored, but the lack of budget is slowing the process.
