At the Kupol gold mine (owned by Canadian company Kinross Gold) 365 days a year, day and night, during two shifts, the gold concentration plant uses 4.5 thousand tons of ore from the Kupol and Dvoinoye deposits in order to grind them up in the constant flow ball pulverizer mills, to leach them in 'multi-storey' tanks with cyanides, to bring them down on the filter press battery and send them to the hot smelt furnace.
