Mustafa Abduldzhemil Dzhemilev stands in front of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament). Mustafa is a former Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People and a member of the Ukrainian Parliament since 1998. He has been banned by Russia from returning to Crimea.
