One of the guards came up to me and said: 'Your name's Schlegel, isn't it? I've got a German here who's also called Schlegel.' I went over to him and said: 'What are you doing here?' It was my cousin Harry! We talked a bit about the family and he told me that Grandpa was OK. I told the guards that they had to treat my cousin well.
