Following the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony Amnesty International arranged a torch parade where torch bearers paid tribute to the absent Liu Xiaobo. The Norwegian Nobel Committee decided to award.the Nobel Peace Prize for 2010 to Liu Xiaobo.
