Coastguard inspectors board russian freight ship Murminsk while she is loading fish from fishing trawler Topaz A, just off Bjørnøya. Coastguard vessel KV Svalbard patrols the northermost waters of Norway, including around the islands that she is named after. The main task is inspecting fishing boats, but she also performs search and rescue missions, and environmental monitoring.
